Soccer-Germany cancel Chile friendly after Enke suicide

BERLIN, Nov 11 (Reuters) - Germany have cancelled a friendly match against Chile on Saturday after the suicide of Hanover 96's international goalkeeper Robert Enke.

"It was for all of us clear that we could not play this match against Chile (on Saturday)," German soccer Federation chief Theo Zwanziger told reporters on Wednesday.
