MOSCOW, Nov 12 (Reuters) - Russia's Altimo and TeliaSonera (TLSN.ST) have agreed to fold their stakes in Turkcell and MegaFon into a new company, Altimo said on Thursday.
The new company will be established in a western jurisdiction and listed on the New York Stock Exchange, the company said in a statement. (Reporting by Maria Kiselyova, editing by Will Waterman)
