ISTANBUL, Nov 12 (Reuters) - Turkey's largest media firm Dogan Yayin (DYHOL.IS) expects to have clarity on a potential deal over a record tax fine after a meeting with tax authorities on Nov. 24, CFO Soner Gedik told broadcaster CNBC-e on Thursday.

Gedik also said the company will prove that it is not at fault in the case, which has sparked criticism over press freedoms and threatens the existence of the firm.
