BRIEF-Brazil call up Lyon's Cris as replacement for Juan

RIO DE JANEIRO, Nov 13 (Reuters) - Brazil coach Dunga called up Olympique Lyon defender Cris for the friendlies against England and Oman after Juan was not released by AS Roma due to injury, the Brazilian Football Confederation said on Friday.

It said on its website (www.cbf.com.br) 32-year-old centre back Cris would join the squad in Doha where Brazil meet England on Saturday. They face Oman in Muscat on Tuesday.

Juan is nursing a muscle strain while Dunga also lost Benfica central defender Luisao to appendicitis, replacing him with AC Milan's Thiago Silva earlier in the week.
