ATHENS, July 14 (Reuters) - Here are news stories, press reports and events which may affect Greek financial markets on Tuesday:

GREECE LAUNCHES TENDER TO SELL WATER UTILITY STAKE

Greece has decided to launch a tender competition to sell a 23.02 percent stake in the country's second-largest water utility EYATH (TWSr.AT), the finance ministry said on Monday. [ID:nLD26816]

French Suez Envirronement (SEVI.PA) and Veolia Environnement (VIE.PA) and Spain's Aqualia are reportedly interested in acquiring a stake in EYATH, financial daily Kerdos wrote.

DELHAIZE TO HOLD JUST BELOW 90 PCT OF ALFA-BETA

Belgian supermarket group Delhaize (DELB.BR) said on Monday its stake in Greek Alfa-Beta Vassilopoulos (ABVr.AT) would rise to 89.56 percent, just short of the 90 percent required for a squeeze-out. [ID:nLD79031]  Continued...
