Shell declares force majeure on Nigeria Bonny exports
LONDON, April 15 (Reuters) - Royal Dutch Shell (RDSa.L) said on Wednesday its Nigerian joint venture has declared force majeure on the country's Bonny Light crude oil exports in April and May.
This came as result of the recent production shut-in from fire on Bomu manifold on the Trans Niger Pipeline. The force majeure came into effect from noon (1100 GMT) on April 14.
Shell said its joint venture was working to repair the line and restore production as soon as possible. (Reporting by Joe Brock; Editing by James Jukwey)
