Bookies see Europe stocks extending winning run
PARIS, Nov 16 (Reuters) - Financial bookmakers expected the leading European stock indexes rise on Monday, extending last week's gains, as commodity-related shares are set to benefit from buoyant oil and metal prices, while the dollar dipped.
Financial spreadbetters expected Britain's FTSE 100 .FTSE to open 22 to 30 points higher, or as much as 0.6 percent, Germany's DAX .GDAXI to open 23 to 34 points higher, or as much as 0.6 percent, and France's CAC-40 .FCHI to open 10 to 15 points higher, or as much as 0.4 percent.
