Shares in Moneysupermarket.com (MONY.L) rise 5.75 percent as the price comparison website says trading in the third-quarter was "robust", keeping it on track to meet its own expectations for the year.

"Things haven't got worse, in fact they've tentatively got better," says Numis analyst David McCann, who has an "add" recommendation on the company.

"There is still quite a lot of uncertainty amongst some in the market that there are still problems to come at this company, so the fact all divisions were growing on the previous quarter was positive."
