STOCKS NEWS EUROPE-UK small caps flat midday

The FTSE Small Cap index .FTSC is flat in midday trade, while the blue chips .FTSE add 0.9 percent and the midcaps .FTMC put on 0.3 percent.

CML Microsystems (CML.L) falls more than 30 percent after the maker of semiconductor products posts wider full-year losses, with Panmure Gordon noting that while the results are in-line with its forecasts, CML's trading environment remains tough. [ID:nLG828067]
