Shares in Namibia-focused miner Kalahari Minerals (KAH.L) climb 5.8 percent after the firm announces "exceptional assay results" at Rossing South, which is owned by Australia's Extract Resources (EXT.AX)(EXT.TO), in which Kalahari holds a 40.43 percent stake.

Ambrian says in note: "These are further impressive reports from Rossing South and continue to demonstrate that this is one of the world's largest and richest uranium discoveries."

On Tuesday, WH Ireland initiated its coverage on Kalahari with a "buy" rating and three-year target price of 346 pence.
