Nigeria leader picks finance, Niger Delta ministers

ABUJA, Dec 23 (Reuters) - Nigeria's president on Tuesday appointed Mansur Muhtar of the African Development Bank to the top finance job and swore in three other ministers, filling the few remaining jobs left in his cabinet.

President Umaru Yar'Adua picked Ufot Ekaette, former Secretary to the Federal Government during ex-President Olusegun Obasanjo's administration, to head the newly created Niger Delta ministry. (Reporting by Felix Onuah; Writing by Randy Fabi)
