IBERIA (IBLA.MC)

British Airways is prepared to study a 50-50 share swap as part of merger talks with Spanish airline Iberia (IBLA.MC) and to allow the financial headquarters of any merged group to be located in Madrid, El Economista reported on Monday, citing sources close to the talks.

RED ELECTRICA (REE.MC)

The electricity grid operator will not reduce investments despite a drop in electricity demand, Chairman Luis Atienza told Saturday's Cinco Dias: "In the next five years there is no possibility that our aim to invest 4 billion euros will be reduced and that is our basis for growth," he told the paper.
