Russia's Aeroflot may agree to buy Blue Wings stake
MOSCOW, April 29 (Reuters) - Russia's Aeroflot (AFLT.MM) may agree to buy 49 percent of troubled German airline Blue Wings, Russian Transport Minister Igor Levitin, who is also Aeroflot's chairman, told Reuters on Wednesday.
Businessman Alexander Lebedev, an ex-KGB agent who owns about 30 percent of Aeroflot, has offered Aeroflot his stake in Blue Wings for a nominal 1 euro. [nLM959576].
"The company (Blue Wings) has a modern and young fleet... This is interesting," Levitin said.
