MANILA, Nov 10 (Reuters) - These are the leading stories in Manila newspapers on Tuesday. Reuters has not verified these stories.

- Supply of imported fuel products would only last for two weeks as oil firms that do not refine crude halted importation of gasoline and diesel due to the government-imposed fuel price cap in Luzon, Energy Secretary Angelo Reyes said. (ALL PAPERS)

- The Senate recommended the filing of plunder and graft charges against resigned Public Works chief Hermogenes Ebdane and former Road Board executive director Rodolfo Puno over the alleged misuse of the road users' tax. (THE PHILIPPINE STAR, BUSINESSWORLD)
