BRIEF-Hera 9-mth EBITDA up 11 pct

MILAN, Nov 12 (Reuters) - Italian regional utility Hera (HRA.MI) said in a statement on Thursday:

* 9-mth revenues 3.065 billion euros, up 19.9 pct

* 9-mth EBITDA 390.1 million euros, up 11.3 percent

* CEO says coming issuance of 500 million euro Eurobond will be used to lengthen average debt maturities

* Net debt 1.897 bln euros at the end of September
