MADRID, July 10 (Reuters) - Spain's telecoms watchdog CMT has decided to keep dominant operator Telefonica's (TEF.MC) fixed monthly fee frozen in 2010, it said on Friday.
The fee, charged for maintaining a fixed line, has been 13.97 euros per household since 2008. (Reporting by Elisabeth O'Leary; editing by Jason Webb)
