Note: Metro Pacific Investments Corp (MPI.PS) is a
Philippine conglomerate with interests in power distribution
through Manila Electric Co (MER.PS), water utility, tollways
and infrastructure, and hospital management.

The company, a unit of Hong Kong's First Pacific Co Inc
(0142.HK), said its reported net income was based on net income
attributable to owners of the parent company. It also said 2008
financial results were restated.
