Morgan Stanley upgraded Textron Inc by two notches, raising it to "overweight" from "underweight."

BOEING CO (BA.N), $49.67, Monday close

The planemaker late Monday said that Scott Carson, the head of its commercial airplanes division, was retiring and would be replaced by Jim Albaugh, effective on Tuesday. Albaugh was previously the head of Boeing's Integrated Defense Systems unit. [ID:nN31450508]
