New Issue-Petrobras unit adds $1.25 bln in notes
July 1 (Reuters) - Petrobras International Finance Company, a unit of Brazil's state energy company Petroleo Brasileiro SA, or Petrobras (PBR.N: Quote, Profile, Research) (PETR4.SA: Quote, Profile, Research), on Wednesday added $1.25 billion to its existing 7.875 percent global notes due 2019, said IFR, a Thomson Reuters service.
The total amount of notes outstanding is now $2.75 billion.
Citigroup, HSBC, JP Morgan, and Santander were the joint bookrunning managers for the sale.
