New Issue - BP AMI Leasing sells $930 mln in notes
May 1 (Reuters) - BP AMI Leasing, a unit of BP PLC (BP.N: Quote, Profile, Research) (BP.L: Quote, Profile, Research) on Friday sold $930 million of 10-year senior notes in the 144a private placement market, said a source familiar with the deal.
The notes are guaranteed by BP PLC.
Bank of America, HSBC, Morgan Stanley, and UBS were the joint bookrunning managers for the sale.
