New Issue-Mariner Energy Inc sells $300 mln in 7-yr notes
June 4 (Reuters) - Independent oil and gas exploration, development and production company Mariner Energy, Inc (ME.N: Quote, Profile, Research) on Thursday sold $300 million of 7-year senior notes, said IFR, a Thomson Reuters service.
The size of the deal was increased from an originally planned $250 million.
Credit Suisse, Bank of America, J.P. Morgan, Wachovia, and Citigroup were the joint bookrunning managers for the sale.
