NEW YORK, Nov 4 (Reuters) - Shares of Developers Diversified Realty Corp (DDR.N) fell 5 percent after the close on Wednesday after it said Coventry Real Estate Advisors has filed suit against the company.
Shares were down at $7.51 after closing at $7.90.
