HOUSTON, Nov 5 (Reuters) - BP Plc (BP.L)(BP.N) slowed the restart of an ultracracker at its 475,000 barrel-per-day refinery in Texas City, Texas, on Thursday and the unit is expected to be in operation by the weekend, said sources familiar with refinery operations.
The refinery began the restart early on Thursday morning, but slowed it down, sources said. (Reporting by Erwin Seba)
