UNITED NATIONS, April 5 (Reuters) - Any U.N. Security Council reaction to North Korea's rocket launch must be "cautious" and "proportionate," China's U.N. envoy said on Sunday.

"I think we are now in a very sensitive moment," Ambassador Zhang Yesui told reporters after the council met to discuss North Korea. "Regarding the reaction of the Security Council, our position is that it has to be cautious and proportionate." (Reporting by Louis Charbonneau; editing by Chris Wilson)
