 Shares of Sun Microsystems (JAVA.O) fell in premarket trade on Monday,
after sources said that IBM's (IBM.N) talks to buy the company had broken down.

 The talks collapsed after Sun rejected a $7 billion buyout offer from IBM.
 Shares of Sun fell 24.1 percent to $6.44 before the bell while IBM, a Dow
component, was down 0.4 percent to $101.80.
