New Issue-Tyco Int'l Finance sells $750 mln 10-yr sr notes
Jan 6 (Reuters) - Tyco International Finance, the financing arm of Tyco International Ltd (TYC.N: Quote, Profile, Research), on Tuesday sold $750 million in 10-year senior notes, according to International Financing Review, a Thomson Reuters publication.
The size of the deal was increased from the originally planned $500 million.
Citigroup and Morgan Stanley were the active bookrunners for the sale. Bank of America, Deutsche Bank, Goldman Sachs, and UBS were the passive bookrunners.
