NEW YORK, Feb 7 (Reuters) - Exxon Mobil (XOM.N) won court orders in the Netherlands and the Netherlands Antilles freezing assets of Venezuelan state oil company PDVSA in each jurisdiction worth up to $12 billion, according to a company spokeswoman. (Reporting by Matt Daily)
