NEW YORK, May 7 (Reuters) - US Bancorp (USB.N: Quote, Profile, Research) sold $1.084 billion in three-year fixed-rate TLGP notes, said IFR, a Thomson Reuters service.

The notes were priced at 10 basis points below mid swaps and were sold through joint lead managers Goldman Sachs, and Morgan Stanley.

The issue was sold under the Treasury's Temporary Liquidity Guarantee Program.
