BUENOS AIRES, May 7 (Reuters) - Argentine health officials confirmed on Thursday the country's first case of H1N1 flu.

The case was detected in an Argentine tourist who had traveled to Mexico, Health Minister Graciela Ocana said in a news conference. The man with the flu is not in the hospital and is in good health, she said. (Reporting by Juan Bustamante, Writing by Fiona Ortiz; Editing by Eric Walsh)
