Former bodyguard sues Lindsay Lohan
LOS ANGELES (Hollywood Reporter) - Some celebrities sue their former employees. Others get sued by the hired help.
Lindsay Lohan's former bodyguard David Kim claims in a new lawsuit filed Monday in Los Angeles Superior Court that he's owed $55,000 (28,000 pounds) from past work performed for the actress. The money covers not only Kim's $4000-a-week rate but also the cost of damages to the plaintiff's borrowed car, which is alleged to have been wrecked after Lohan's driver made an illegal right turn to avoid the paparazzi.
Coincidentally, it was only two weeks ago that a judge ordered Lindsay's mom/manager Dina to pay $300,000 to another former bodyguard, Antonio Almeida, who was owed money he lent her to kick-start daughter Lindsay's music career.
