New Issue - Hasbro sells $425 mln in five-year notes
May 8 (Reuters) - Hasbro Inc (HAS.N: Quote, Profile, Research), the No. 2 U.S. toymaker, on Friday sold $425 million in five-year notes, said IFR, a Thomson Reuters service.
The size of the deal was increased from an originally planned $400 million.
Bank of America and Royal Bank of Scotland were the joint bookrunning managers for the sale.
