NEW YORK, Nov 9 (Reuters) - El Paso (EP.N) said on Monday that producers have cut about 800 million cubic feet per day of natural gas supply along its Tennessee Gas Pipeline system due to Tropical Storm Ida.

Early Monday, Ida was downgraded from a hurricane to a tropical storm.

The nearly 14,000-mile Tennessee Gas system stretches from the Mexican border to Canada, tapping supply regions in the Gulf of Mexico, Texas, Appalachia and Canada. (Reporting by Edward McAllister)
