Mexico stocks rise 1.7 pct after G20
MEXICO CITY, Nov 9 (Reuters) - Mexican stocks rose sharply in opening trade on Monday after the Group of 20 developed and emerging nations pledged on Saturday to keep economic stimulus in place until recovery was assured.
The benchmark IPC stock index .MXX gained 1.7 percent to 30,378. (Reporting by Jason Lange; Editing by James Dalgleish)
