NEW YORK, Nov 9 (Reuters) - Capital One Capital VI on Monday launched a $1 billion 30-year trust preferred securities offering, said IFR, a Thomson Reuters service.

The securities are guaranteed by Capital One Financial (COF.N: Quote, Profile, Research) and are expected to yield about 9 percent, according to IFR.

The joint lead managers on the sale are Citigroup, Barclays and WFS. (Reporting by Caryn Trokie)
