Dollar extends declines vs euro and Swiss franc
NEW YORK, July 9 (Reuters) - The euro gained more than 1 percent against the U.S. dollar while the dollar fell more than 1 percent against the Swiss franc on Thursday as risk tolerance rose.
The dollar was last down 1.3 percent against the Swiss franc CHF= at 1.0756 francs, a session low. The euro was last up 1.2 percent against the dollar at $1.4039, after going as high as $1.4048 EUR=. (Reporting by Nick Olivari, Editing by Chizu Nomiyama)
