NEW YORK, July 9 (Reuters) - Shares of Chevron Corp (CVX.N) fell 1.7 percent after the closing bell on Thursday after the energy company gave an interim update for its second quarter. Shares were down at $62 after closing on the New York Stock Exchange at $63.08.
