New Issue-CMS Energy sells $300 mln in 10-yr notes
June 9 (Reuters) - CMS Energy Corporation (CMS.N: Quote, Profile, Research) on Tuesday sold $300 million of 10-year senior notes, said IFR, a Thomson Reuters service.
Barclays and Deutsche Bank were the active bookrunning managers for the sale. Bank of America, Citigroup and UBS were the passive bookrunners.
