Nov 10 (Reuters) - Discover Bank, a unit of Discover Financial Services (DFS.N: Quote, Profile, Research), on Tuesday sold $700 million of exempt subordinated bank notes, said IFR, a Thomson Reuters service.
Goldman Sachs was the sole bookrunning manager for the sale.
