MEXICO CITY, Nov 11 (Reuters) - Mexican fixed line telecoms company Telmex (TELMEXL.MX) (TMX.N) said on Wednesday it is proposing an extraordinary dividend of 0.40 pesos per share, according to a filing with the Mexican stock exchange. (Reporting by Mica Rosenberg)
