NEW YORK, Nov 11 (Reuters) - Shares of Waste Services Inc (WSII.O) rose 2.2 percent to $7.40 in premarket trading on Wednesday, after IESI-BFC (BIN.TO) agreed to buy the company in an all-stock deal worth about $370 million.
