Volkswagen Mexico stops production after bombings
MEXICO CITY, Sept 11 (Reuters) - German automaker Volkswagen AG (VOWG.DE) said on Tuesday it suspended production at its Puebla plant, its sole factory in North America, due to a lack of supply of natural gas following bombings at state-owned oil company Pemex.
Pemex pipelines were bombed on Monday, the second such attack in two months. Mexican media said a leftist group was behind the blasts. (Reporting by Cyntia Barrera Diaz)
