TARP repayments to start next week -WSJ
NEW YORK, June 11 (Reuters) - Big banks will start repaying government bailout funds on Wednesday, The Wall Street Journal reported on Thursday, citing people familiar with the matter.
The banks include: JPMorgan Chase & Co (JPM.N: Quote, Profile, Research), Morgan Stanley (MS.N: Quote, Profile, Research) and American Express Co (AXP.N: Quote, Profile, Research), the Journal reported.
The firms received $25 billion, $10 billion and $3.4 billion, respectively, the Journal said. (New York Equities Desk +1 646 223 6000)
