NEW YORK, Nov 12 (Reuters) - Shares of Advanced Micro Devices (AMD.N) rose 22 percent to $6.50 in premarket trading on Thursday, after a source said the company and Intel Corp (INTC.O) would announce a settlement of legal and other issues.
