NEW YORK, Jan 13 (Reuters) - U.S.-listed shares of Elan Corp (ELN.I) (ELN.N) rose 6.5 percent to $8.55 in premarket trade on Tuesday after the company hired Citigroup to conduct a review of strategic options, including a possible sale of the company.
