WASHINGTON, Nov 13 (Reuters) - Bank regulators closed Orion Bank of Naples, Fla., on Friday.

The Federal Deposit Insurance Corp said Orion Bank had total assets of $2.7 billion and total deposits of about $2.1 billion.

Iberiabank of Lafayette, La., will assume all of the deposits of Orion Bank, the FDIC said. (Editing by Carol Bishopric)
