New Issue-Wyndham Worldwide $250 mln in 5-yr snr notes
May 13 (Reuters) - Wyndham Worldwide Corp (WYN.N: Quote, Profile, Research), the world's biggest timeshare operator and franchiser of economy and mid-tier priced hotels, on Wednesday sold $250 million in five-year senior notes, said IFR, a Thomson Reuters service.
Bank of America, Credit Suisse and JP Morgan were the active bookrunners for the sale.
Citigroup was the passive bookrunning manager.
