New Issue-ArcelorMittal sells $2.25 bln in two parts

  May 13 (Reuters) - Global steel producer ArcelorMittal
(MT.N: Quote, Profile, Research) on Wednesday sold $2.25 billion in a two-part debt sale,
said IFR, a Thomson Reuters service.
  Citigroup, HSBC, and JP Morgan were the active bookrunners
for the sale.  Morgan Stanley and Goldman Sachs were the
passive bookrunners for the 5-year tranche. Morgan Stanley and
Deutsche Bank were the passive bookrunners for the 10-year
tranche.
