NEW YORK, July 14 (Reuters) - Shares of Intel Corp (INTC.O: Quote, Profile, Research) rose 7 percent after the closing bell on Tuesday after the chip maker reported results that beat expectations and forecast revenue for the current quarter that also topped estimates. Shares were up at $18 after closing on the Nasdaq at $16.83. U.S. S&P 500 stock index futures also rose on the news.
