Minnie Driver announces pregnancy

LOS ANGELES (Reuters) - Actress Minnie Driver, who currently stars on U.S. television show "The Riches," has revealed she is pregnant with her first child.

The actress was a guest on late night talk show "The Tonight Show with Jay Leno" on Thursday and when Leno asked her if she was with child, Driver answered "yes."

"I love it more than anything else, but I am sick," Driver said. "I don't know why they call it morning sickness. I am sick morning, noon and night."

Driver, 38, did not say who the father was. Leno asked if he might know the man, but she said she did not think so.

"I figure, I'm the public person, and he can stay private," Driver said.

Driver first gained fame in the 1990s on British television, and later acted in Hollywood movies such as "Grosse Pointe Blank" and "Return to Me."

"The Riches" airs on cable TV channel FX and follows a family of con artists.
