HOUSTON, June 15 (Reuters) - ConocoPhillips reported a process upset in Area C of its 146,000 barrel per day (bpd) Borger, Texas, refinery on Monday, according to a notice filed with state pollution regulators.
It was second upset in that area of the refinery in as many days, according to notices filed with the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality. (Reporting by Erwin Seba; Editing by David Gregorio)
